- All claims made about the project’s environmental and social impact are truthful, transparent, and supported by verifiable data.
- No aspect of the project has been misrepresented, exaggerated, or marketed in a way that may mislead contributors or stakeholders.
- Any promotional content or communication will accurately reflect the project's certification status, impact metrics, and verification history.
- The project complies with local regulations, international standards, and relevant methodologies (e.g., GHG Protocol, Verra, Gold Standard).
Anti-Double-Counting Agreement
Carbon or plastic credits listed on the DeCarbonIQ platform are not simultaneously listed, sold, or claimed elsewhere unless explicitly disclosed and allowed under applicable registries.
Each credit sold on DeCarbonIQ will be either:
- Retired upon purchase (with record provided), or
- Transferred transparently with full traceability and acknowledgement of buyer ownership.
- No credit will be counted more than once toward offset claims by multiple parties (corporates, individuals, governments).
DeCarbonIQ will be notified immediately if:
- A listed credit is transferred to another platform,
- The project undergoes changes in certification status or validity, or
- Any discrepancy, error, or risk of duplicate claims is identified.

Right to Audit and Remove
- DeCarbonIQ reserves the right to review, audit, or request verification documentation at any time.
- Projects found to violate this commitment will be subject to delisting, suspension, or public correction, and may be reported to relevant certification bodies.
- By submitting a project to the DeCarbonIQ Marketplace, I/we agree to this Anti-Greenwashing and Anti-Double-Counting Commitment and understand the legal and reputational implications of non-compliance.
